4. Orders
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Namoh reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Since our products are fashion accessories, returns or refunds are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with proof of damage provided.
